Everyone is invited to a symposium on debate education co-sponsored by the Institute of Languages & Cultures, Kyushu University and the Japan Debate Association. This is a part of the 1999 Japan-United States Debate Tour supported by the U.S. National Communication Association, which tours around Japan from June 10 through June 27. (Message from the Team)
